Camella Taal may be located a bit too far for most city folks to readily consider moving. However, if you consider all of the benefits that come with living far away from the Metropolitan area (less stress, less pollution, friendly locals, trees as far as the eye can see, beaches, etc.), you might just be able to convince yourself to give provincial living a chance.
To convince yourself even further, you should check out the prices of the houses and lots in Camella Taal. I dare you to find a decent townhouse unit in Metro Manila that will not cost more than PhP2M; you won’t. In Camella Taal, if you can save even just PhP2.5M, you can buy a house that is big enough for four to five people.
On the other hand, you are not really giving up too many creature comforts when you live in Camella Taal. There are still some shopping malls that are relatively nearby and you will not be experiencing gridlock traffic going to them.
If you think that you need a bit more time to think about moving into Camella Taal, then I suggest that you hurry and make up your mind. The affordable houses and the charm of living near the banks of the majestic Taal Lake is already enough for the people who have been buying slots left and right. There are only a couple of the choice slots left, and they might be gone if you take too long to decide.
