Camella Taal is Located at Brgy. Buli, Taal, Batangas.

Some people are a bit apprehensive about moving into the province, even if it is just a 2-hour drive from Metro Manila mainly because they think that they can’t live without all of the creature comforts that they have become so accustomed to in the Metro. However, just because Camella Taal is technically in the province of Batangas, that does not instantly mean that modern amenities are few and far in between. There are still quite a number of modern facilities accessible from this part of the world. However, you might need to keep your expectations a bit low. Do keep in mind that Taal, Batangas is quite secluded.

If you are worried that you will not be able to get your shopping fix when you live this deep in the province, then you are mistaken. You just need to take a quick trip down to the town of Lemery so you can access a couple of choices. First is the Victory Town Center Lemery. This is a mix of outdoor and indoor air-conditioned shopping. Outside are stalls where you can buy various knick-knacks and native products and inside, you will find the usual kinds of sundries that you will expect in an average mall.

If you want something a bit more substantial, you can head over to the SM Center Lemery. This might not be as big as the other SM branches that you can find in the Metro but you can still find most of the shops and boutiques inside plus there is a supermarket here too so you can also do your grocery shopping.

If you are looking for elementary schools and high schools, there are dozens of them in the area so you do not have to worry about that. However, colleges and universities are a bit sparse but that does not mean there aren’t any of them here. The largest college in the area is the Rizal College of Taal. This college is already quite large and has a variety of different courses to offer. However, if you are looking for more, you can head on over to the Batangas City proper. There, you will find almost a dozen more colleges and universities to choose from.

However, what you won’t be missing out on when you live in Camella Taal are tourist spots and beach resorts. Just fifteen minutes away, in the town of Lemery, you will find dozens of beautiful beach resorts, and many of them actually charge affordable prices for entrance and use of their facilities. If you are more of a nature trekker, you can head up north to the rim of Taal Lake and traverse the forests surrounding the famous volcanic lake.

Yes, there aren’t that many modern conveniences near Camella Taal but it is not completely devoid of it at all. On the other hand, wouldn’t it be a worthwhile trade-off just so you can live in an area that is near nature and far away from the stresses of the city? Many people thought so, which is why they already purchased their own homes here.
